OMG, It's SuperBowl Sunday - 1 year later!

Methinks I should blog a bit more than once a year. It's been on my mind - along with a million other things. Hyperbole, perhaps, but time does seem to be speeding up & not in a good way.

Gosh, when I was a kid (yeah, I remember back that far!), time seemed to go s-o-o-o-o-o-o slowly. The school year lasted fore-evah. Okay, Christmas & summer vacation passed quickly, but the rest of the year just dragged along. When did time begin to travel a warp speed?

I read somewhere that time is what keeps things from happening all at once. Makes sense. To me, anyway.

Back to the Superbowl... Not so exciting this year. Steelers didn't get in, but really, I think it's ludicrous to expect last year's champions to be able to keep up the same momentum. Different team. Different time. And even though I'm not crazy about the Dallas Cowboys (no letter bombs, please), they aren't in the playoffs nor are the Saints.

There is a Pittsburgh connection & a Texas connection with the Bears' & the Colts' coaches. Just thought I'd throw that in. I can't believe that I'm even writing about this stuff, but I need the practice.
